Unsere holländische Akkordeonistin Gerda wurde 50, und es waren allerhand Gäste aus den Niederlanden angereist, dabei auch zehn mit Instrumenten. Diese hatten die Noten einiger Stücke aus unserem Repertoire bereits vorher bekommen. Um 12 Uhr wurde unter der großen Dorflinde geprobt.
Our Dutch accordion player Gerda was celebrating her 50th birthday, and lots of guests arrived from the Netherlands, among those ten with their instruments. Those had been supplied with the sheets of some pieces in advance. At noon there was a rehearsal with them underneath the branches of a huge lime tree.

Um 15 Uhr war das Konzert in einem typischen Saal der Dorfkneipe, ein kurzes Vorprogramm spielten die EVAS. Gegen Ende des Konzerts kamen die Gäste hinzu. Die Bilder zeigen vorrangig unsere Mitspiel-Gäste — ein Fagott und ein Horn hätten wir ja auch gerne…
